
Our Story
Fornoza started as a dream, a second hand gazebo, a few borrowed tables and an oven.
Built on friendship, constant experimentation and a shared love for pizza we set out with one goal: to make the best pizza in the UK, as two twenty-two year olds with more ambition than sense.
We paid ourselves just enough to survive and reinvested all our time, money and energy back into the business. Every step of the way, we’ve been closely involved with all the work: learning to weld to convert a horsebox, moving into our own unit, and finding solutions to the endless problems that arrive exactly when you least expect them.
That relentless graft has taken us from Blue-Collar markets to Oxfordshire, West London, and Berkshire, serving pubs, birthday parties, breweries, art trails, club nights, and festivals. And we have no plans of slowing down any time soon.
